State police report the arrest of a Rochester trio following a larceny investgiation in Seneca County.
On Monday troopers responded to a larceny complaint at the Waterloo Premium Outlets.
roopers located Rickia L. Bryant, age 24, Marvin T. Harmon, age 25, and Kenniya Couser, age 22, all from Rochester.
They were charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and issued appearance tickets returnable to local court.
