Deputies report the arrest of a Massena woman following a suspicious incident.
April Hence, 50, was charged with driving while ability impaired on Sunday around 6 p.m.
Blood tests showed that she was under the influence of a controlled substance while driving.
Deputies say Hence was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date in Galen Court.
