Deputies arrested an Auburn man after a bench warrant for assault was issued in Galen Town Court.
According to a news release, 48-year-old Howard Lainhart III, of Auburn was arrested by APD after they learned a bench warrant for assault was issued for him.
He was turned over to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for arraignment.
The charges will be answered in Galen Town Court at a later date.
