On Thursday the Seneca County Industrial Development Agency will vote on the final incentive package for Wilkins RV in Junius.
The Town of Junius performed a SEQR, which found there would be no environmental impact. That clears way for the IDA to move forward with its package.
A payment-in-lieu-of-taxes, or PILOT agreement for 10 years, exemptions from paying sales taxes on purchasing equipment, supplies, and materials, as well as exemption from mortgage recording fees is included.
The Center for Government Research determined that the economic benefit from having the RV center located at that site would be around $51.9 million over the 10 year period.
The company says it will build a $12.4 million facility to replace its current Victor facility.
