One in custody, two others sought after Farmington liquor store larceny

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Rochester resident following an investigation at Bombace Liquors on Route 96 in Farmington.

According to a news release, Sharon Robinson, 56, of Rochester was taken into custody at an apartment in the city of Canandaigua on Monday, October 17th around 3:37 p.m. on multiple charges.

The arrest follows an investigation at Bombace where Robinson was found to have worked with two other individuals to purchase over $535 worth of alcohol from the store with stolen credit card numbers.

Robinson and two other individuals are accused of entering the fraudulent credit card numbers.

Deputies said in that press release that the two others involved have not yet been arrested. However, the investigation remains active.

Robinson was charged with falsifying business records and petit larceny for their role in the theft.
