The Rochester Americans fell to the Toronto Marlies, 3-1, on Saturday evening at Coca-Cola Coliseum, splitting the two-game set.
Rochester jumped out to an early 1-0 lead in the first period, but Toronto scored three unanswered goals all in the third period to secure the victory.
Lukas Rousek scored the lone goal for the Amerks, while Filip Cederqvist and Mason Jobst tallied assists.
Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen made his second start of the season and stopped 37-of-39 shots.
Rochester went 0-for-3 on the power play and 2-for-4 on the penalty kill.
The Amerks will be back in action on Wednesday when they host the Belleville Senators at 7 p.m.
