Police say a Williamson man was taken into custody on a bench warrant issued out of the Town of Galen.
Albertino J. Thomas, 35, of Williamson was arrested for failure to appear in court.
Thomas was arrested on a warrant with charges of resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration following an incident that occurred in January.
He will appear before the Town of Lyons Court at a later date.
