State police are investigating a fatal ATV crash that happened in the town of Huron around 12:33 p.m. on Wednesday.
According to a news release, troopers responded to a residence on Brick Schoolhouse Road for a serious ATV accident.
After troopers arrived they located the caller, who was giving CPR to a 13-year-old male.
Troopers took over life saving techniques, performing CPR and utilizied an AED. Wayne County Advanced Life Support then arrived on scene, and took over Life Saving Measures, until the teen was airlifted by Mercy Flight to Strong Hospital.
Troopers were notified at approximately 2:08 p.m., that the teen had died.
The investigation is continuing at this time and more information will be released when it becomes available.
