A Waterloo woman was arrested after troopers observed a disabled vehicle Monday night.
According to a news release, State Police arrested a Jillian R. Mills, 20, of Waterloo for driving while intoxicated.
Troopers observed the disabled vehicle on State Route 318 in Junius. During the investigation, Mills was found to be intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08% and also issued a ticket for open container.
Mills will return to the Town of Junius Court at a later date.
