A Perry man was arrested following report of a disturbance on Canandaigua Avenue.
According to a news release, the Canandaigua Police Department arrested Michael P. Yanno, 27, of Perry for criminal contempt.
It was determined that Yanno violated a stay away order of protection by pouring water on the protected party. It is further alleged he refused to pull his vehicle over to allow the protected party to exit the car.
Yanno was remanded to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
