Here are 10 places with stimulus or UBI payment programs
Louisville, Kentucky currently has a program offering young adults $500 payments per month.
150 young people will qualify between the ages of 18 and 24.
Lynn, Massachusetts is giving 15 new mothers $400 per month for their child’s first three years.
Marin County, California is paying 200 families $500 per month for 24 months.
Mountain View, California, is paying 166 families $500 per month for one year.
To qualify, families must have at least one child under the age of 18.

Newark, New Jersey is paying 400 residents.
200 participants will see $250 every two weeks, while the other 200 will see $3,000 per year.
Some New Orleans residents will see $350 UBI payments per month for ten months.
This is part of the state’s financial literacy program.
New York City is paying 100 low income mothers $1,000 per month for three years.
The second phase of the program will pay 500 pregnant low income women.
In addition to New York City, the state is helping artists who suffered job loss during the pandemic.
Under the Creatives Rebuild New York program, 2,400 artists will receive payments of $1,000 per month for 18 months.
Finally, Oakland California is giving 600 families monthly payments of $500 for 18 months under the Oakland Resilient Families program.
