The product is a nasal spray under the name of SnoreStop NasoSpray.
The FDA testing done found a contamination called Providencia rettgeri.

What is the contamination that caused the recall for nasal spray?
While this microorganism is not normally the cause for human illness, it can cause harm to those with compromised immune systems.
It could result in severe or life threatening illnesses like sepsis, pneumonia, and fungal infections causing major illnesses.
The nasal spray helps stop snoring and is sold in single bottles.
The sticker with the lot numbers can be found on the bottom of the bottle for lot codes of 2373.
For lot codes 21222, the sticker is on the outer packaging.
Recalled products may be returned or replaced.
