White Castle is permanently adding a new item to their menu.
The new item pays tribute to the first burger they served.

The 1921 Slider
The new menu item has been named The 1921 Slider. It has been named such to celebrate 101 years of White Castle burgers. It was inspired by the first one made, back in 1921. Read more about it here.
The burger is composed of a 100% beef patty with cheddar cheese, grilled caramelized onions, sliced Roma tomato, lettuce and pickles.
White Castle has tested the slider and customers love it.
Customers in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Arizona, New Jersey and Florida can already get the item at their nearby White Castle.
New Yorkers will see The 1921 Slider on the menu come June.
