Police say a Huron man was arrested following a domestic incident.
According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Emmanuel Franco, 24, of Huron for harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.
The charges stem from a domestic dispute where it is alleged that Franco was having an argument with his child’s mother over visitation. He slapped a cell phone out of her hand and shoved her all while holding their child. This also violated a current order of protection and Franco was additionally charged with criminal contempt.
Franco was transported to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
