Auburn man arrested for failing to appear in Seneca Falls court

Police arrested an Auburn man on a bench warrant after an incident earlier in the year.

On April 18 around 9:46 p.m. police arrested David King, 43, of Auburn.

He was arrested after a bench warrant was issued for failure to appear in local court.

King had been charged with petit larceny in the original incident.

He was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment.
