Police say a Wayne County man was taken into custody on a bench warrant.

According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Robert A. Teeter, 54, of Galen for failure to pay support.

The charges stem from Teeter missing several court ordered support payments.

Teeter is scheduled to appear in the Wayne County Family Court at a later date.
