Rochester Americans forward Arttu Ruotsalainen was named American Hockey League Player of the Month for March, the league announced Friday.
Ruotsalainen totaled eight goals and 18 points in 13 games for Rochester during the month of March.
The 24-year-old has 16 goals and 42 points in 44 games with the Amerks this season.
Ruotsalainen has also tallied two goals and two assists in 18 games with the Buffalo Sabres this season.
