Police report the arrest of a Lyons man for driving while intoxicated.
According to a news release, State Police in Lyons arrested James M. Disanto, 28, after an accident.
Troopers responded to a property damage accident in the town of Lyons. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Disanto and he was arrested for driving while intoxicated as well as multiple traffic tickets.
He will respond to the Town of Lyons Court at a later dat to answer charges.
