The Buffalo Sabres have recalled forward Peyton Krebs and defenseman Mattias Samuelsson from the Rochester Americans, the team announced on Tuesday.
Krebs and Samuelsson were reassigned to Rochester during the NHL All-Star break. Both players appeared in two games over that time.
Krebs has recorded five points (3+2) in five games with Buffalo this season.
Samuelsson has skated in eight games with the Sabres this season.
After six days off, Buffalo returns to practice Tuesday afternoon. Their next game is scheduled for Thursday against the Columbus Blue Jackets at KeyBank Center.
