The Buffalo Sabres made several roster moves on Wednesday.
The team loaned the following players to the Rochester Americans:
Forward Brandon Biro
Forward Peyton Krebs
Forward Brett Murray
Forward JJ Peterka
Forward Arttu Ruotsalainen
Defenseman Oskari Laaksonen
Defenseman Mattias Samuelsson
Defenseman Jimmy Schuldt
Goaltender Aaron Dell
Buffalo also placed defenseman Will Butcher on injured reserve. He left Saturday’s game against the Arizona Coyotes with a lower-body injury.
Goalie Michael Houser has been placed on waivers. He will be sent to Rochester if he clears waivers.
The Amerks play four games over the next week while the Sabres are off until February 10 because of the NHL All-Star break.
