The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Binghamton man following a domestic incident on Lake Bluff Road.

It happened around 11:30 a.m. on Friday, according to deputies. They say Joshua Rodriguez, 28, took his father’s vehicle from their residence without permission.

Officers located the vehicle traveling east on Route 104 in Ontario.

He was taken into custody, but manipulated the handcuffs to escape custody. He was apprehended a short time later without incident.
