Daylight Saving Time means winter is coming soon

Tonight many Americans will get one extra hour of sleep.

At 2 a.m. on Sunday the clocks will fall back one hour, so before you go to bed be sure to wind your clocks back so they’re set in the morning.

Now it will be lighter earlier in the morning, but dark earlier in the evening.

Many Americans oppose Daylight Saving Time. Only 25% of Americans want to continue to switch between standard and daylight saving time.

43% of Americans would like standard time to be used all year while 32% would prefer daylight saving time to be used all year.

Most of Arizona, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands all do not observe daylight saving time.

Clocks will change again to daylight saving time on March 13, 2022.
