Students receive letter Wednesday at Syracuse University detailing the requirement for masks in the Dome

Following the game last weekend at Syracuse University, the school will have Dome staff enforcing the mask rules this weekend due to the minimal effort on fans parts to follow them.

A letter was sent to students Wednesday that informed them they may not disregard community standards, however excited they may be to be back.

The letter, written by Robert D. Hradsky, Vice President for the Student Experience and Dean of Students, also informed them that action would be taken for those not wearing masks. It did not say what that action would be.

The letter also addressed a video that surfaced on social media of students stealing COVID-19 signage, and that they could face punishment after it was forwarded to the Office of Community Standards.
