Skaneateles in Onondaga County has issued a mandate requiring county employees to be fully vaccinated by Nov. 5.
The village employs under 15 full-time employees and a number of part-time employees that are all required to get the vaccine.
The policy states that to be considered fully vaccinated, both doses of Moderna and Pfizer or one dose of Johnson & Johnson must have been administered, and two weeks need to go by for it to become effective.
