Police say a Waterloo man faces one charge after an erratic driver complaint on State Route 318 this week.

Scott Favata Jr., 27, of Waterloo was charged with unlicensed operation after an erratic driver complaint.

A traffic stop revealed that his license had been suspended in the state.

He was issued an appearance ticket at a later date.
