Police arrested a Freeville resident following a DWI stop on Auburn Road.
Dustin Wesche, of Freeville was charged with aggravated DWI after a traffic stop, which was initiated when he failed to maintain his lane on Auburn Road.
Wesche was found to have a BAC over 0.18%.
The charge will be answered at a later date.
