One person was ticketed and three hospitalized after a car collided with a tree in the town of Canadice.
On Sunday around 4:30 a.m. deputies responded to a crash on Canadice Road.
Upon arrival, deputies found that a vehicle struck a tree after swerving to miss an animal in the road.
The operator, identified as Brett Kellar, 32, of Honeoye was transported to Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua with a head injury.
He was ticketed for aggravated unlicensed operation.
Both passengers in the vehicle were transported to Strong Memorial Hospital for treatment.
