Employers are beginning to mandate the vaccine, and employees are upset their autonomy is being infringed upon. Worse, they can legally get fired as well as not being able to collect unemployment.

Businesses are allowed to require vaccines as part of health and safety protocols.


By refusing to abide by health and safety protocols, employees face termination and not being able to collect unemployment benefits.

While this is the case for places that mandate the vaccine, many employers still haven’t mandated out of fear of losing too many employees.
