Police arrested a Penn Yan woman following a domestic incident investigation in the village.
On Wednesday, police arrested Lisa Bates, 56, of Penn Yan for criminal use of drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
The charges stem from a domestic incident between family members, which prompted a police investigation.
Bates was found to be in possession of crack cocaine. She was transported to the Penn Yan Police Department for processing.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
