Yates County will hold an event today, Tuesday August 17th, for donating blood.
From 12 p.m. until 5 p.m. the Red Cross will host a blood drive at the Branchport Fire House. All blood types are needed.
Appointments are encouraged and walk ins will be taken if time allows.
The Yates Community Center will host another blood drive on August 25th from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.
