On Wednesday around 5 p.m. first responders were called to the area of County Rd. 35 and County Rd. 14 in West Bloomfield for a personal injury crash.

David Rogers, 40, of Ionia was traveling east on County Rd. 14 and Renee Frazier, 53, of Pittsford-Victor was stopped at a stop sign on County Rd. 35.

Frazier proceeded after stopping at the stop sign, but was unable to see Rogers’ vehicle traveling east at the intersection. As result, the two cars collided.

Rogers suffered a minor back injury, according to deputies. He was transported to Thompson Hospital for treatment. Meanwhile Frazier was ticketed for failure to yield the right of way.

That charge will be answered at a later date in West Bloomfield Town Court.
