A fire on Friday damaged a home in Bristol, according to first responders.
Firefighters said that the blaze started around 11 .m. on Andrews Way in the town of Bristol.
Two people were able to escape. However, two cats died in the house fire.
The cause remains under investigation.
Five fire companies responded to a house fire in South Bristol, NY today which started in the bathroom. 2 cats did not survive, but no other injuries.
