Vaccine rollout in Central New York will reach its next phase on Wednesday, according to Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon.
He told CNYCentral that phase 1B will begin there on January 13th.
“When you think about vaccines a new week is really Wednesday to Wednesday, because we get the vaccine in on Tuesdays,” McMahon said. “Clearly there’s going to be many individuals who want to get the vaccine and there will be only so much supply of the vaccine available, this will take weeks to get through this phase.”
More information is expected to be released throughout the week on rollout.
