The Syracuse women’s basketball team is undefeated no more after a 92-68 loss at North Carolina on Thursday.
The No. 18 Orange dropped its first game of the season by shooting a season-low 29.3% from the field, with the majority of those shots coming from beyond the 3-point line. SU attempted 36 3-pointers and connected on only nine (25%).
Before Thursday, SU’s season-low in field goal percentage (29.4%) was in its season-opener at Stony Brook.
