The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 26-year-old Savannah man following a minor crash on Whiskey Hill Road.

Randy Haig, 26, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated under Leandra’s Law, DWAI drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation, endangering the welfare of a child, and failure to keep right.

Deputies say Haig was arrested after a crash where his vehicle wound up in a roadside ditch on Whiskey Hill Road.

Following the investigation, Haig was determined to be under the influence of drugs, and also had a 10-year-old in the vehicle.

Deputies said no injuries were reported. Haig was arraigned and released.
