The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Lyons woman following an investigation into a domestic incident that happened in the town of Lyons.
Deputies arrested Angelica Luyando on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.
It’s alleged that Luyando attacked a male victim, then grabbed a child who was strapped to the back of the male, attempting to pull the child forcefully out of its carrier.
Another child was present for the incident.
Deputies say Luyando was arrested and released. She will answer the charges at a later date.
