The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the investigation of a personal injury wreck involving an ATV.
The crash happened in the town of Arcadia, according to deputies, who say that Dennis Felice, 36, of Arcadia was air-lifted to Strong Memorial Hospital.
Deputies were called to the scene around 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
They said he lost control of the all terrain vehicle on private property and collided with a tree.
Deputies say investigation determined that Felice was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
Mercy Flight responded to the scene, as well as Fairville Fire Department, Newark Ambulance, and Finger Lakes Ambulance.
