UPDATE: Lakeside Gaming operated by Cayuga Nation finally closes

Casinos might be closed around New York – but a gaming center operated by the Cayuga Nation was open until Wednesday.

A protest is set to take place tonight led by the traditionalist faction of the Cayuga Nation. The Lakeside Gaming venue in Union Springs remained in operation after Governor Andrew Cuomo closed locations casinos and theaters across New York.
