Deputies arrested a Walworth resident following an investigation into stolen alcohol from a local restaurant.
Deputies say they were called to Konstantinous Restaurant located at 2030 Route 104 in Ontario for the report of an employee stealing alcohol while working.
Upon investigation it was determined that Shannon Collins, 39, of Walworth was consuming alcohol while working her scheduled shift.
Collins was subsequently arrested and charged with petit larceny. She will appear at a later date to answer the charge.
