Transportation officials say Route 13B between West Danby Road and Millard Hill Road in Newfield is closed.
The closure was prompted by an incident involving a tractor-trailer.
Reports from transportation officials indicate that a tractor-trailer overturned in the southbound side of the roadway.
The closure could last upwards of two hours.
