Three years in prison, and a $250,000 fine.
That’s what one Ithaca man could be dealing with after pleading guilty in federal court to under reporting his income by nearly $4 million.
William Harrell, 58, of Ithaca admitted to the under reporting connected to his construction and remodeling business.
He also admitted to not paying more than $400,000 in federal income taxes.
He’ll be sentenced in June.
