Cortland County woman dead after head-on crash in Lansing

One person is dead after a head-on crash this week in the town of Lansing.

The accident happened on February 11th along North Triphammer Road.

One person was killed, and another was injured, according to The Ithaca Voice.

Deputies were called to North Triphammer Road near Horizon Drive in the village of Lansing for a crash.

Lori G. Burns, 64, a Cortland County resident was driving a Honda sedan, which struck a pickup truck traveling the opposite direction.

Several departments were called to the scene.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
