Six years later, the Everwilde project is closer to reality in Bristol

It took six years to make happen – but the final vote is now within an arm’s reach for residents of South Bristol.

That project is the proposed Everwilde development. It will include a hotel, restaurant, bakery and cafe, as well as banquet rooms, a full-service spa, and more.

The South Bristol Town Board worked through 230 pages of a draft Environmental Impact Statement, tweaking a few elements in the latest of numerous workshops this week, according to MPNNow.

A final vote is scheduled for February 10th.

“This is by no means the end of the approval process,” Town Supervisor Dan Marshall told MPN. That said, the process began in 2014 – so this marks an ‘end’ to a lengthy approval process.
