Deputies report the arrest of a Wolcott man after a warrant was issued for his arrest stemming from a November 2019 incident.

James Wright, 23, of Wolocott was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, and criminal obstruction of breathing.

The incident is said to have occurred in the town of Lyons, according to deputies, who made the arrest on January 20th.

Wright was transported without incident to the Wayne County Jail pending arraignment.

He will appear in Lyons Town Court on February 4th for further court action.
