Deputies say that a 25-year-old Lyons man was arrested after investigation of a December 2019 incident.
Ryan Parkison, 25, of Lyons was charged with first-degree sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
The charges stem from an incident on Maple Street Road in Lyons.
Parkison was arraigned in CAP Court and held at the Wayne County Jail due to a previous felony conviction.
He will appear in Lyons Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
