Police: Seneca Falls man drove with alcohol, drugs in his system

The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 35-year-old man following a traffic stop in September 2019.

Anthony Grillone, 35, of Seneca Falls was charged after a civilian report that a vehicle was failing to maintain its lane. When police observed the vehicle, they saw it operating on the wrong side of the road.

They initiated a traffic stop, and Grillone was determined to be under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Police sent a blood sample to obtain a toxicology report on the contents of his blood from a lab, which determined that Grillone was intoxicated.

He was charged with DWI, driving with a BAC over 0.08 percent, and operating a vehicle under the combination of drugs and alcohol.

He’s scheduled to appear at a later date.
