A Cayuga County man who prosecutors say grew more than 100 marijuana plants at a residence in Mentz was sentenced on Thursday.
Timothy Hoisington, 27, of Weedsport pleaded guilty in October to second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
Both are Class D felonies.
He was sentenced to two years in prison, and two years of post-release supervision, according to The Citizen.
