Deputies: Interlaken man punched person holding 3-month-old baby

Deputies report the arrest of an Interlaken resident following an investigation into a physical altercation between two men.

Thomas Palmer, 48, of Interlaken was charged with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.

The arrest stems from a physical altercation where it is alleged that Palmer struck another male, who was holding a 3-month-old child at the time.

Deputies say that the child was not hurt in the incident.

Palmer was transported to the County Jail pending arraignment.
