From this day forward, the Heritage Equal Rights Center in the City of Auburn will have a new look.
Local leaders gathered at the center Wednesday afternoon to reveal a new logo to symbolize their new mission to shine a light on the City of Auburn. There’s also new signage and a website, focusing on awareness and education and declaring the center the official welcome center and tourism hub for the city.
“We’re a tourism hub, with a permanent exhibit that features New York State’s progressiveness with equal rights. It’s something that we really wanted to brand ourselves and give ourselves a marketing campaign to really bring tourism to Auburn New York,” said Courtney Kasper, Visitor Experience Manager for the Equal Rights Heritage Center.
