Deputies report the arrest of a Palmyra man on multiple charges following a domestic incident, which occurred on Sunday in the Town of Arcadia.
Around 2:57 a.m. on Sunday, deputies were called to an incident, in which Amod R. Brundidge, 28, was accused of smashing out a glass pane in order to illegally enter into a home.
While inside the residence, Brundidge punched a female victim in the face, according to deputies.
Brundidge was charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and harassment.
He was arraigned in Arcadia Town Court and will be back in court for additional action at a later date.
A stay away order of protection has been issued.
